Insavius is a Sweden-founded startup on a simple mission: turn data into better days for people living with diabetes. We’re just getting started and we’re actively looking for clinical partners, research collaborators, and early investors who share our belief that safe, explainable AI can meaningfully improve outcomes and lower society’s healthcare costs.
Our team is a group of engineers and product builders with a personal stake in this work—many of us live with diabetes ourselves or support someone who does. That perspective keeps us grounded in day-to-day realities: alarms at night, mealtime math, the mental load of staying in range, and the long-term worry about complications.
We’re building an advice-first (human-in-the-loop) AI model designed to improve Time-in-Range (TIR) and lower HbA1c without increasing hypoglycemia. The goal is practical and personal: fewer micromanaged moments, steadier days, safer nights—and, over time, fewer complications and lower costs for the health system. We prioritize transparency, privacy, and clinical rigor, and we’re committed to validating our approach in real-world settings with clinicians and people with diabetes.
